Date Day!

This week we had pizza. Again. I don't think we will ever get sick of Date Day pizza.
This week was Godfather's Pizza. Apparently, there were people that were saying that Godfather's had better taco pizza than Happy Joe's.

We had to see if that was true.
(Hint: it wasn't)

The pizza took kind of a long time to reach our little table 40.

But then we could explore our surroundings! Like how the tablecloth was glued to the table!

Yeah, it took a loooong time to get our food.

And we left nearly half of it there.

Oh well, Date Day is always a blast with Adam. I tried a new place and reaffirmed my love for Happy Joe's and their fantastic pizza!

Date Day!

I haven't done a Date Day post in a loooong time. Adam and I still take a day each week to just hang out with each other, which is something that we both look forward to every week, since we've been so busy we hardly have any time to just chill!
This Date Day turned into a mini weekend!
We decided to get a hotel room for a night, and then have a "staycation".
I'm so glad we did!
But, before we left with our overnight bags, I had to snap a couple pictures of James and Nora. They are just so damn adorable.

The next morning, while Adam was conked out, I made myself some coffee in the hotel room. I brought my own mug (I can't help it, I love all of my mugs) and I also brought my latest obsession.
This stuff is amazing.
I'm in love.

Here it is up close and personal with my whipped topping coffee.
Oh yeeeaaaahhh......

After breakfast, we just we around town all day, looking at the shops, drinking more coffee, Adam reminding me that I shouldn't buy any more coffee mugs.
Party pooper.

Then we went to one of our favorite pizza places in Fargo, Spicy Pie.
Adam loves his pizza.

Pizza is always a good choice.

This Date Day weekend was just what we both needed, time to sleep, chill, eat and spend some time alone with each other. I'm so glad we have actually kept this up, it's so unlike us.

2013.......A Year of Change!

I love New Year's Resolutions. Just the thought of starting fresh, changing things for the better, and the idea that you can actually accomplish that never ending "Awesome Things I Need To Do" list.
Have I ever actually completed a New Year's Resolution?

Hell no.

But that doesn't mean I don't like to try.

What would I like to complete in this wonderful year?
Well....
I think I would like to be living healthier.
I know that is one of the most common resolutions that people make every year, but I really do. I want to feel good, clean, and just.......better.
We only get the one body, so I better start taking better care of mine.

Documenting my life more.
I think we all know that blogging and photographing have taken the internet world by storm. Everyone is taking more photos and showing them to everyone and their dog.
And I intend to join them.
I want to take more photos of what's happening in my life, and I want to make sure that I don't forget anything. When I was trying to remember what our first apartment was like (only 5 years ago), I couldn't remember what side the tub was on.
Granted, this piece of information isn't vital to anything or anybody, but I was sad that I had already forgotten. I want to make sure that I remember what my home looks like now, what my cats look like, and how dumb they look when they are chasing coins on the kitchen floor.

Completing a project.
It doesn't have to be anything huge, but I want to find something that I want to complete and actually do it. I think it might involve a project being home related. HGTV has been my life.

Oh, and I should stop watching so much television.

Other than that, I think I'm good.
